We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs and times (1-3 business days in the U.S.) are calculated at checkout and are dependent on:
- Order size / weight
- Distance from our shipping origin (Boston, MA)
- Shipping method you choose
Returns
Shop at ease - we offer free returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Have been delivered to its destination within the last 30 days
- Be unused and in its original condition

We will cover the shipping costs for returning your item. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund status.
If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Have been delivered to its destination within the last 30 days
- Be unused and in its original condition

We will cover the shipping costs for returning your item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new item.
